Terms and Conditions of Trading


Delivery Schedule

We will make every effort to get our products to you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery terms are 7 working days. You will be notified within 5 working days if there is to be a delay and will be given the option to cancel your order. 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in the price of each item. They are based on geographical location and will be seen when you view your basket prior to being asked to confirm acceptance of your order.

Delivery will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Please feel free to list a delivery address other than your home if you are more readily available to accept deliveries there during these hours (i.e. place of employment). 

Some items are too large to be shipped by normal courier and will be sent via an alternative courier on a pallet, details will be advised once you have placed your order.

Returns or Cancellations

All of our products are professionally and securely packaged, however on some occasions damage may occur in transit. If when you receive your goods they are found to be faulty, have been damaged in transit, or differ from the description given at the Crufts Petcare website then we will be pleased to either refund or replace them at the discretion of the customer. 
All returns must be notified to Crufts Petcare within 7 working days of delivery of the product. Please e-mail us to request a return or refund. We reserve the right to replace individual components.

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if we cannot achieve our quoted despatch time. 

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. 

Product Price

Prices quoted include V.A.T and sales taxes (were applicable). 

Payment methods

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta payments via this website. Payment will only be taken once the order is confirmed and you have accepted our terms.

If you wish to issue payment by other methods then please send an e-mail with the relevant details and we will contact you and make the necessary arrangements.

Quality Assurance

Extra care has been taken to ensure that pictures and descriptions give an accurate view of the style of products. 
Our products are of the highest quality, but it is important to mention that no dog toy is absolutely indestructible. Dogs should be supervised at all times when playing with toys.


Complaints

Crufts Petcare is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service including our handling of any customer complaints. Please e-mail us if you wish to make a complaint. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days. We will contact you by e-mail or in writing if you prefer. When acknowledging complaints we will also advise you what steps we are taking to resolve it and the time-scale involved. We will do everything in our power to resolve your complaint immediately and will always keep you advised on the current position.

Privacy Policy

All information you give us will be treated in the strictest confidence. Your details will not be passed onto any third party other than the courier used to deliver your goods.
